About me

[edit]

I'm JK. I was born and raised in Vietnam, a wonderful, lovely country with the shape of an S. My favorite hobbies are soccer and gaming. Aside from that, badminton is another hobby that I'm good at. I have been a Chelsea FC fan for nearly 15 years since middle school (precisely.) On the other hand, RPG and Japanese-RPG video games are the things that I'd love to die for. My weirdest hobby that I do is watching horror videos/games/movies at 3am in the morning while enjoying a cup of hot Milo before bed, and I keep that tradition for at least twice a week.

My Wikipedia Interests

[edit]

I'm a brand-new user to Wikipedia so my interests would be very broad across the internet. Personally, I'd love to learn more about the U.S history because my knowledge about this is extremely limited. You cannot live in the U.S without knowing about its history, it'll be a shame and frankly, a disgrace! Other than that, learning about other country's cultures is another goal of mine.

Article Evaluation

[edit]

As I mentioned above, soccer, badminton, and gaming are my extreme passions. In fact, one of my favorite video games that I've been playing for nearly 10 years is League of Legends (multiplayer online battle arena.) There is a team called T1 (formerly known as SKT Telecom 1- a Korean esports team) which I've always made sure to keep an eye on throughout the years. I visited the "T1(esports)" article on Wikipedia, and found three aspects of it worth commenting on: the accuracy of citations, the lack of structure/completeness, and the professional way of displaying grammar/voice.

Citations

[edit]

Numerous editors who have edited this Wiki site over the years, have made sure to provide appropriate contents as detail as possible in term of statistics and charts for this esports team. I checked from top to bottom, opened all the wiki links, references, and outside sources to make sure everything runs smoothly without difficulty challenges. So far, the information which is provided, is correct and appropriate with a reliable source. On top of that, there isn't any source which appears to be inactive/deleted/or abandoned.

Structure/Completeness

[edit]

Despite having decent amount of data and information (the years and trophies this team has won, plus the sponsors and other stuff,) it would be extremely helpful for the audience to know more about the players (people who physically make the team to be successful.) Yes, it is important to know about the team's history; However, I have always admired the hardship and teamwork between players. This is one serious issue the article is missing: too much information but at the same time, not so much necessary information to provide.

Grammar/Voice
[edit]

There isn't any major problem with grammar in this article. Everything is in order! No sign of informal language (or even biased language.) The obvious reason is because this is one of top tier professional esports team in Korea, there is no room for informal format.

Conclusion
[edit]

After reading this Wiki article again, my points stand corrected. The citations that have been used in this article is appropriate and acceptable, the grammar/voice is professional and fitting in this situation for the readers, and finally the only issue with this article is the lack of players information throughout the team's history. In conclusion, it is a decent looking Wikipedia article and I hope to see more articles like this on this website.
