Leading diverse teams, from intimate groups of three to expansive crews of fifty, has equipped me with a vast reservoir of experiences. My journey has been marked by soaring achievements and humbling setbacks, both of which have significantly contributed to my growth.

Life, to me, is a journey. The numerous countries I've called home and the myriad places I've explored have all enriched my inner tapestry of wisdom and experiences.
