Itsik Zizov (born in Israel) is an Israeli entrepreneur and businessman, co-CEO and founder of MyShop Technologies, a company that develops digital solutions for online order management for small and medium-sized businesses in the food and retail sectors.

Biography

Itsik Zizov was born and raised in Israel. At a young age, he began his career as a manager at an event hall in the Kiryat area, which later led him into the world of marketing and advertising.

Career

After several years in the event industry, Zizov founded an advertising agency specializing in branding and marketing, with a focus on service taxi stations in northern Israel. Later, he met an app developer, and together they founded a company for custom app development for businesses.

BigApps Interactive

Later in his career, Zizov founded BigApps Interactive, focusing on developing custom apps for businesses and startups. The company offered a range of technology services, emphasizing innovative solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Over more than a decade of operation, BigApps Interactive developed over 500 projects for various clients, including major companies and leading startups. The company provided end-to-end services, from app development to ongoing support, positioning itself as one of the leading development companies in the market.

One of BigApps’ early successes was when Zizov secured a large-scale development project for a major company in Herzliya, even though he didn’t yet have available developers at that moment. He quickly hired his first developer, who started the following day. This agile and resourceful approach allowed BigApps to grow impressively, despite various challenges in the tech market.

MyShop Technologies

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Zizov identified the increasing demand for online ordering technology and founded MyShop Technologies, providing small and medium-sized businesses with online order management solutions. The company offers apps, order websites, self-service kiosks, and integrations with delivery companies.

As part of Zizov’s innovations, the company developed a unique conversation model, becoming the first in the world to implement a fully automated conversational ordering system without involving external vendors. This model enables businesses to manage calls and orders efficiently, sending orders directly to the management system, streamlining the service process.

Today, the company is also focusing on the U.S. market, with plans to open a sales headquarters in Florida in early 2025.

Personal Life

Itsik Zizov lives in Israel with his family, is in a relationship, and is the father of two children, Larin and Yossi.
