In Search of a Song with Jason Wilber (ISOAS) is a radio interview program that was created in 2005 by Jason Wilber and Rich Reardin. It airs each week on WFHB Community Radio in Bloomington, Indiana at 4pm EST, and is streamed live at [1]. Jason Wilber is a singer/songwriter/guitarist, and long time lead guitarist for John Prine. Rich Reardin is the executive producer of the show, and longtime radio producer.
The show consists of interviews with various artists about the art of songwriting, and specifically the artists own creative process and influences. It is interspersed with songs, both pre-recorded, and sometimes live for the show. The ISOAS show has included artists such as; Arlo Guthrie, Steve Earle, Cowboy Junkies, The Wailers, John Prine, Peter Rowan, Del McCoury, Frank Vignola, Tim O'Brien, Todd Snider, David Grisman, Groundation, Carrie Newcomer, David Gans, Dave Rawlings, Gillian Welch, The Sparrow Quartet, Bela Fleck, Sam Bush, Pete Best, Stella Parton, Kathy Mattea, and many more.
