Privately owned. The locomotive was formerly stored at RAF Binbrook while it's owner worked on the restoration. After a legal dispute involving the removal of the driving wheels and tender frame were removed from the loco without the owner's permission, the loco was moved from Binbrook to a secret location under police supervision. The owner sold the engine's boiler for scrap to raise funds for it's transport, stating that the boiler was beyond economic repair and that he had retained enough spares to allow a new boiler to be built.
