The National Academy of Customs, Excise and Narcotics (NACEN) is a training institute for indirect tax administration in India. The probationers belonging to the Indian Revenue Service (Customs and Central Excise) are given induction training in all aspects of financial administration dealing with matters falling under the prerogative of the Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC) within the Department of Revenue. This academy is headquartered at Faridabad, Haryana located inside the National Capital Region (NCR) about 25km south of Delhi.
