Tiklop Society of the Philippines
Tiklop Society of the Philippines (TSP) is a folding bike organization founded on November 8, 2009 by Pio Fortuno, Jr. It is a Philippine-based organization that started on the same day that the Light Rail Transit Authority launched the [[Bike O2]] program, allowing folding bikes on board the LRTA System's trains.[1]
TSP advocates bi-modal transportation through the use of folding bikes alongside riding mass transport like trains and public utility buses. Aside from promoting non-motorized transporation, it also engages its members in humanitarian efforts by taking part in so-called "charity rides", or bike rides with the purpose of bringing along food and used clothing to charitable institutions like the Nayon ng Kabataan and Elsie Gatches.[2]
