Brigitte Amiri
[edit]Brigitte Amiri is an American attorney who serves as a deputy director of the Reproductive Freedom Project at the ACLU. She served as lead counsel in the case Garza v. Hargan, in which she successfully fought a Trump administration policy that prevented an undocumented immigrant minor from obtaining an abortion.
Amiri received her undergraduate degree from DePaul University in 1996.
