Trevor Rolland Young Jr. (December 12, 1992) better known by his stage name Inspire (After being Inspired by the church Youth name Inspire, and be inspired by real life) and also known as The Lyrical King is an New Zealand Rapper, Producer, Animator, Painter, Song Writer, Character Designer, Singer, Director, Missionary, Entertainer and the Head Manger of “Inspiring Record’s & Design’s” also pronounced as (Record’z) from Manurewa, Auckland City.

Inspire was a RC Rewa Crippn’ CGK Crips gone Krazy during his Childhood to his teenager years, He found himself associating with other Crips from other area codes across Auckland City, New Zealand, He First Hustled on the streets in 2005 at the age of 12, with his cousin Danny Mc cloud, 14 at the time standing on the corner of Local shops on the main road of South-mall Shopping Centre in Manurewa, where the money he collected he invested into his parents to buy food for him and his siblings, He is widely and known to be bringing back old school style Hip-hop from the heart, and music from the Soul and initially rose to fame as the founder of ‘Inspiring Design’s’ later Changed to ‘Inspiring Record’s & Design’s’, making it on his own he became achieving a variety of accomplishments throughout his life. Inspires Vocal style and Lyrical talents have touched the lives of many ages (Young and Old) with a Unique style of Pitched voice and lyrics focusing on the struggles and life style of average citizens and the elements of Urban Street Life such as Real Talk/Philosophy, Street Life, Love life, Girl relationships, Encouragement/Hope to his listeners. He has also being a part of a Church Mission Fields gone to Cambodia and Singapore Saving over 500 souls from Budda to Muslim religions converted to Christianity in October 17th2010.

Career

Trevor Young, the son of Stanley and Anita Young, Later re-married and used the name Anita Matamu, Left High School at the age of 16 getting excepted to a Design School called ‘Raffles College of Design and Commerce’ in the CBD of Auckland City, Where he began his first year of Territory studies level. Studying the basics of 3D Animation coming Straight from High School to a higher education level with no experience or past animation works, but the passion and drive to success with his animation dream, In 1995 at the age of 3years old His father taught him how to draw, Visualizing and developing his drawing talents at a young age. He always found himself at peace with life when he put his creations and ideas on paper. (music or animation) Young wanted to be a Cartonist Character Designer growing up, being involved with Art classes and competitions throughout his School Life, watching television shows and cartoons that inspired him to be in the animation industry, Developing and focusing on his art ability and gifts, He never discovered that he had a musical gifting, Originally He never fought about being in the music industry it wasn’t his Desires, but with a Deep Lyrical talent that would touch the lives that listened and related to his music. Inspire was asked in an interview about his first song, that he wrote in June 07 2010, song titled ‘Pulling Me Down’ later recorded a couple of months later in the same year, “Inspire you’ve currently recorded your first song ‘Pulling Me Down’ under no record label or management, please tell us what you mean about ‘Pulling Me Down’?” .....”The Song originally is a mix tape more like a demo tape it wasn’t meant to get out, but some-how someone had access to my computer then found it, then shared it around to everyone, Thank you to that person I owe you one. But the song basically means when people in the past use to look down on me, telling me I wouldn’t make it feeling discouraged, broken and rejected, cold hearted....To Where I Stand now, A Changed Man filled with Hope and Love and Making it to Grammar Schools and to University, Proving that no negativity will kill me... so Yeah”..... “Has Inspire always being your first recording name if not please tell us what other names you’ve had?” “Laughing and Chuckles to himself...umm nah actually I’ve went through so many seasons of names trying to get a name where I feel comfortable using and that it would have a strong meaning behind that name, I use to rap under the name Dazel Raz, or Young T or T-Revs, (He still uses the name’s Young T or T Revs in his songs) but looking back that’s where and How I first started”.... “How did you come up with the name Inspire and what does the future hold for you?” “One night I attended this youth service and they had a youth there called ‘Inspire Youth’ I forgot what the ages were... but I remember sitting there in the crowd and all you hear is INSPIRE YOUTH! I then found the calling on my life and my heartfelt at peace with the name, and found the name INSPIRE there’s a lot of power behind that name, that was my dream to inspire and change lives.... Music Career

Inspires Professional entertainment started and debuted on May 14th 2007, as a amateur Rapper using the name Dazel Raz Later years changed to Inspire, that was the start to his music career, Earlier rapping with some child-hood friends and some cousins, Inspire in his early ages would rap and sing the songs of his favourite musicians, not knowing that he would become a musician himself, Young, got first introduced to a song ‘Changes-2pac’ by a childhood friend, not knowing who this musician is He Started Listening to the song and other songs that 2pac made mimicking the artist’s unique style of rapping, He would listen carefully and study 2pac and other 90s hip-hop style of music, Downloading his favourite artist’s songs and reading their biography in 2005, He Loved listening to music that relates to what he went through or being through at the time lost just looking to be loved, and 2pac, Bone Thugs N Harmony and naughty by nature play a key part in his rapping styles. With the rapping name Dazel Raz, Young would rap in front of the mirror to build his confidence or free-styling with some friends who lived by, encouraging him to gain more knowledge from their freestyle battles, He Then hanged around in the streets more to see the struggles and the poverty that happens in his hometown, Manurewa South Auckland, Henderson West Auckland and no matter where he goes seeing with his own eyes how hard it is for the people of his community to live, it touched his heart, He wanted to give back to them. Although, Inspire is an untrained musician who played by ear as he didn’t read music or a manual book, He just listened to music and listen to the sounds of instrumentals and writes whatever comes to his mind converting his favourite songs and musicians to his style of music later, as a young musician during his recording sessions.
