'Advanced Alternative Phrasing' also known as "AAP" was coined by Infoozle.com, LLC
The acronym is used in relation to it's "Smart Search Engine" and the phrase that describes one of the ways in which they are different than the alternative. Below is their direct quote,
"Words are scored and various per case checks are done to achieve "AAP" (Advanced Alternative Phrasing). Evaluate, compare, and compute all defined relationships between words and what they mean in relation to each other to (in most cases) provide users with the best possible result, not just the best possible result IF, "you worded your search the same way they phrased their answer.
