    Creative Technologies at SOVA

    [edit]

Over the years, SOVA has embraced Creative Technology in the Arts to deliver students with a cutting-edge curriculum. Through programs like the Collaborative for Creative Technologies in the Arts and Design (CCTAD), classes in digital design and animation, work spaces like the Digital Arts Animation Studio (DAAS), and research conducted by the Digital Art Research Team (DART), SOVA's goal is "to provide the Commonwealth and the larger world with talented, imaginative, and diverse individuals who interface creatively and positively with the society of the 21st Century."* [5] The College of Architecture and Urban Studies' 2009 annual report offers an interactive look into creative technology in the arts at SOVA[6].
