I've emailed you back the screen shot of your original article with inserted comments in red. Overall, I think your article is really well written and has some great information. However, I think there are a few things you need to fix.

The first major issue is that of your 6 sources, only 3 of them are from 2012 or later. We need to have at least 5 current sources so you should get at least 2 more recent papers/articles to cite.

The first section you added (2nd paragraph) sounds a little too informal. I mentioned it on the actual screenshot, but you should avoid using the word "huge". Also the HPA axis is not necessarily "the most important" neuroendocrine system in the body.

You get a little technical in the section that starts with "When the HPA axis..." so maybe re-word that section slightly to make it more accessible for a general audience, but overall I think it's still a good section.

I didn't think there was anything really obvious to edit in terms of grammar/spelling, but I made a few minor comments.

It's interesting that there are conflicting results regarding the HPA axis response to chronic stress that you mention in the last paragraph. Maybe find 2-3 more sources that propose a potential mechanism or can support the one paper you cited.
