Tirad Pass Network (DWTP-TV) is the flagship commercial television station of Tirad Pass Radio TV Broadcasting Network, Inc.. Its transmitter is located at Mt. Caniaw, Taleb, Bantay, Ilocos Sur and the studios are located at San Nicolas, Candon City, Ilocos Sur. Tirad Pass Network is the official broadcaster of the annual Candon Music Festival.
