Abdul Ghafar Batur (Persian: عبدالغفار باتور; born on 1986 in Takhar) is a politician and a candidates of Parliament in Afghanistan in 2018 from Kabul. He is founder of Afghan Baloch Youths Council.[1] He graduated MS in International Relations in Tajikistan and did PhD in Political science at Saint Petersburg State University in Russia 2018 [2].
