I.A.S.P.G. (International Amateur Street Photography Group) was formed in 2017 by Ian Parker-Moore to encourage, support and Guide members who are new to Street Photography. The Group is for members interested in Street Photography which is defined as "An art that incorporates unmediated chance encounters in a public place that may or may not include People but must have proof of Human Existence. The Group is open to members from all over the world and to date has 63k members from over 80 countries . The Group encourages all members whichever device they use including mobile phones, SLR's, DSLR's or Medium Format. To date IASPG is the only group for Amateurs on Facebook. The Group also run 2 Subgroups called Streetwise which are specifically for members who actively want to learn and grow as street photographers. The Groups sets assignments and then give feedback on the resulting images. IASPG is the only group to have Virtually Exhibitions and a quarterly magazine for its members.
