International Business and Chinese Enterprise (IBCE) program is an undergraduate business program offered by the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina and the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). The program objective is to develop participating students into professionals who will operate in the Chinese business environment.
Both the University of South Carolina and the Chinese University of Hong Kong will admit 20 students per year into the IBCE program, forming a cohort of 40 for each graduating class. The 40 students will alternate back and forth between the two universities each year.
The program began in the fall of 2009, as the first 20 students from the University of South Carolina were admitted into the freshman class.
