History
[edit]In 1881, the Palestine Exploration Fund's Survey of Western Palestine noted at Neby Kifil: "Scattered stones, a wall, a birkeh or tank."[2]
According to Tawfiq Canaan, there traditionally here was a festival (Ar. mawsim) on the 14th of Sha'ban.[3][4]
