Taylor Parks (born September 20, 1993) is an American actress.
Biography
[edit]Parks was born in Mesquite, Texas. She has played minor roles in films and local theater. In 2007, she played Inez Stubbs in Hairspray, as well as guest starring on Gilmore Girls and Everybody Hates Chris. She is also seen on True Jackson, VP in season 1 as Shelly, 19th episode, and returned in season 2, episode 13.
