But I actually couldn't understand the reason of rejection of this draft properly. I have used independent and reliable sources. According to sports notability, A cricket figure is presumed notable if they- 1.Have appeared as a player or umpire in at least one cricket match that is judged by a substantial source to have been played at the highest international or domestic level. This is one of the conditions for being notable. And it is also mentioned in Notability (Sports) that Youth players (for example, members of under-19 teams) are not notable unless they satisfy one of the statements above, or if they can be shown to meet the wider requirements of WP:GNG. And Shahin Alam is a youth cricketer and he satisfies the first requirements for notability. Which means he had appeared as a player in a cricket match in international level. He appeared in 4 youth international ODIs according to ESPN Cricinfo. And probably he will also appear in any one match of the 5 Unoffical One Day International and 2 Unofficial Twenty 20 International matches against Ireland Wolves in the ongoing series (Ireland Wolves cricket team in Bangladesh in 2020-21) as he is in the squad. A company, corporation, organization, group, product, or service is notable if it has been the subject of significant coverage in multiple reliable secondary sources that are independent of the subject (WP:ORGCRITE). All the claims made within the draft should be verifiable with the third party reliable references & primary sources should be avoided. You may use just 4 or 5 third party references and remove self published or primary sources from the draft. In order to establish notability, you are required to demonstrate that the subject has received significant coverage in multiple reliable third party sources. Secondly, please see WP:OTHER. There are many articles on Wikipedia that should not exist on mainspace or are not of the best of the qualities. They are there because an experienced user never reviewed it closely. Acceptance or rejection of the drafts are not based on existence or deletion of other material on Wikipedia. Every draft is analysed individually based on existing policies.
