This user thinks that retirement and semi-retirement are serious issues facing Wikipedia and its need for better editor retention. Claims to retirement or semi-retirement should not be made lightly. This user believes that editors with more than one average edit per week over the past month should not claim to be "retired" and editors with more than one average edit per day over the past month should not claim to be "semi-retired"
