Usage

Placed at the top of evidence sections by HersfoldArbClerkBot to keep running counts of evidence lengths, and highlight sections that exceed set limits. Note that fields will not be displayed at all if the limit is set to 2147483647 (2³¹ - 1, the maximum value of an integer in Java, this value is used by HersfoldArbClerkBot to indicate that warnings are disabled).
