I have contributed to the discussion disputing the veracity of a claim made on the article about my hometown, Windsor Locks, Connecticut. Specifically, a contributor, Fendermb4 has added a claim that the Windsor Locks Journal is the oldest newspaper in Connecticut, when the historical record clearly shows the Hartford Courant as being the oldest continuously published newspaper in the nation and, therefore, by extension, in the state. I'm conducting further research to learn more about this so I can eventually edit the page with the correct, documented factual information. Comments welcome. Thanks.
