Hello everybody!. My nickname on wikipedia is HarrisonIT. I'm an Italian teenager. I like a lot economics, geography, history and the politics of my country, Italy but also the politics of North America and South America. The country that I would like to visit in this moment is Chile and then Argentina. I'm particularly interisting in theology and also in biology.
I believe in God and I'm Christian in particular Roman Catholic and I think that there is no conflict about Religion and Science, Faith and Reason. This conflict, on my opinion, is only made by historical problems of the past in the period of protestant reform. So I disagree with the creation/evolution controversy because I think that evolution is a simply tool which God used to create all of forms of life in this planet and in all of the Universe. I agree a lot with Theistic evolution and I love Francis Collins theories.
Christian democrat for my beliefs and because I think that Christian heritage in religious and in cultural terms are fundamental for a country.
Ecologist because I respect the environment (God's creation).
Progressive because I'm not conservative, nationalist, center-rightist or rightist and on the social and economics issues I have a center-left position.
I agree with the idea of the Democratic Party (Italy) situated at the opposition of a profascism government in Italy (Berlusconi government).
