     I am a Running Start student at my local community college. I live in the Pacific Northwest of the United States, and I cherish many aspects of the scenery and culture.  I spend my time at school, at the stables with my horse, and doing art. I began horseback riding nine years ago, and I can confidently say that it is one of my passions. I grew up an avid reader, and some of my favorite books are The Giver by Lois Lowry, The Oath by Frank Perreti, The Martian by Andy Weir, and Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling. I appreciate cinema and films that are soundly crafted in both plot and character development. I love stories that are unique, complex, and thought-promoting.

    My involvement in Wikipedia surrounds my love of living creatures, as well as the study of them.  Animals fascinate me, as well as each individual species behavior and psychology. I have loved animals for as long as I can remember, but I have taken a particular interest in horses since I was five.  The experience of being an equestrian brings new knowledge and learning every day. The equestrian world is diverse, and subjects like dressage, showmanship, jumping, and other equine sporting events are where I expect to find most of my contribution to this site.
