saying that this band was unique is blatant self promotion and just not true as their image was mostly derived from other sources (mad max, clockwork orange, the zarjaz) and was in use by others at the time and before. ----

Background/Interests

I have worked in the music industry as a journalist, PR agent and PR consultant since the 1980's and I am now writing/researching a book on the music industry.

My main interests are music and films and in particular the music of Zarjaz and his groups Tronics and Freakapuss, who I had the pleasure of working on PR with in the 1990's and who takes up a great deal of my research as I believe he is one of the most important and underrated recording artists since 1980.

I try to contribute to Wikipedia as well as I can and only where I feel important information can be of value to others, especially when it is rare and I feel should be known.

I also contribute to YouTube, also along the lines of my interests.

I enjoy Wikipedia but admit that my lack of expertise prevents me from making as many contributions as I would like. I hope to overcome this as I learn more and as I become more interested in Wikipedia.
