TwentyFour News[1] is a Indian Malayalam language News channel owned by Insight Media City[2]. The channel was launched on 8th December 2018. Twenty Four News HD feed is available on YouTube channel.

Establishment

The channel is promoted by Sreekandan Nair[3], a prominent Malayalam television anchor. Alungal Muhammed is the chairman of TwentyFour News. Insight Media City also owns the popular Malayalam entertainment channel Flowers TV.

History

The channel is headquartered in Kochi. It has studios in Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram, and has bureaus around the globe. As per the statistical analysis of BARC data for the first twelve weeks of 2019, TwentyFour News is ranked as the 2nd popular in the news segment.[4]
