Pt.Hari singh( 2sep.1947), often referred to [1] the title Pandit, is an Indian classical musician who played the shehnai. He worked for All India Radio and played with great artists in addition to recording under his own name. Hari is one of the leading exponents of the shehnai in Hindustani classical music.

He Born in a family of traditional Shehnai players, Hari Singh had a flair for music from his childhood. He received initial training from his father Late Shri Kherati Lal at a very early age. Later, after rigorous training and practicing for several years, he had the privilege of learning Shehnai under the guidance of Shehnai Virtuoso, Guru Pt. Anant Lal, a disciple of Pt. Mahadev Prasad Mishra of the "Banaras Gharana". Hari Singh has given many successful performances all over the country and abroad.
