Lesiba Frans Happy Mokhonoana is the last and fifth born of Malesela Captain & Mankoe Miriam Mokhonoana. He was born in Kromkloof Village, under Bankeberg area, in Mokopane town, in Limpopo (former Nothern Transval.) Lesiba was born on 24 January 1983. He attended Ramtlhatswane Primary School (at Kromkloof village) till he finished his primary education in 1995. From 1996 to 2021, Lesiba attended Charles Marakalala Secondary school (at Kromkloof).

After completing his secondary education in 2001, he then embarked on a new chapter of life by moving to Gauteng, in Daveyton. While in Daveyton, around June, Lesiba got a little job to clean the store room at the store called Swiss super market. The job converted to a 6 months contract in July.

In December 2003, Lesiba joined African Bank, in Germiston as sales man. He was recruited to get people who were looking to get loans. He pushed so far till he clients in Krugersdorp, at the company called Bullbrand. He worked there till February 2004. In 2004 Lesiba moved from Daveyton to Alexandra township. In Alexandra township, Lesiba stayed the whole 2005 without any employment.

December 2004, Lesiba was lucky to get some job to work in Moselbay. He worked as food service assistant at the Jewish organisation called Bnei Akiva. In 2005 02 May, Lesiba got a job at Tedelex Pro-Audio division in Germiston. He started as a cleaner and tea assistance. Later in the year he was then moved to the wearhouse. He worked as a picker till 26 November 2007. From 01 December 2007 Lesiba joined Cross Trainer as sales man. He worked there till October 2008, where he left and stayed November without any job, then rejoined Bnei Akiva for the annual camp in December. February 2009 Lesiba joined Destination Media as sales man. He worked there till 31 July 2010, he then joined Segway South Africa and worked as segway technician till November 2010.

On 07 February 2011, Lesiba Happy Mokhonoana joined Yeshiva College. He worked as general assistant till 10 April 2012. From 11th April 2012, he was promoted to printing room department, where he worked as print room assistance, till December 2012. From January 2013, he was promoted again to the IT department as junior IT technician. He later was the head of IT department from August 2015 till 30 June 2022.

Lesiba Happy Mokhonoana registered the company called Ditlou Media on 29 May 2017. He has embarked into IT services.
