HANS ALLEN AVECILLA DINGLASAN was born on 01 December 1964 in San Pablo City, Laguna Province in the Republic of the Philippines. He was the second of seven siblings to proud parents Antonio Mendoza Dinglasan and Emma Guevarra Avecilla. A father to three lovely and charming daughters, Macy, Hannah and Estelle (deceased), Hans is married to the former Esther Pulido Fermin.

Hans, as he was called by business, and Allen, to close relatives and friends, finished two degrees, Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws both at Manuel L. Quezon University in Manila. Right after completing his first bachelors degree, Hans was hired as an Emergency Laborer by the Philippine Postal Corporation (Philpost), the Philippine government agency in charge of mails, parcels and other forms of telecommunications.He assumed his duties on October 1st, 1986. For twenty one years, he reached Middle Management level and worked as a Civil Servant to the best of his abilities. He served in various appointments and designations such as Mail Sorter, Legal Assistant, Legal Researcher, Postal District Manager for Palawan province, Acting Postal Inspector and Special Investigator. Hans travelled in almost all regions in the Philippines doing investigation, audit of accounts and as Prosecutor of administrative cases. He received several commendations and was nominated thrice as an Outstanding Postal Employee of the Philippines. Due to the economic crunch, he opted for an early retirement, shifted profession and entered the Recruitment industry.

He started as a Recruitment Officer at the Industrial Personnel and Management Services (IPAMS) in Manila, considered as the pioneer and foremost recruitment agency in the Philippines. Hans travelled often searching for the best qualified candidate there is. After seven months, he decided to embarked in an overseas career and landed as a Staffing Consultant at Global Manpower Professionals (GMP), one of the biggest recruitment agency in Singapore. Single-handedly, he handled the Oil and Gas, Marine, Shipyard and Energy Sectors of GMP. Really wanting to specialize in the Oil and Gas industry, Hans filed his resignation and accepted an offer from Brunel Oil and Gas Services in Qatar effective the 29th of June 2008.

He is still working in Doha, Qatar while serving solely Owner-Operator Oil and Gas clients.
