The Royal Jordanian Gliding Club was established in 1986 by his late Majesty King Hussein Bin Talal (God bless his soul) as a non-profit organisation, in order to introduce aviation to the Jordanian society and to give the chance for the Jordanian people to taste the joy of flying in a low cost prices as it is under the patronage of his his Excellency Prince Faisal Bin Al Hussein. Positioned in Marka Airport, the members do not only come to receive their training, but also to meet each other, the club has created a social hub for the members who always bring their families and friends as it offers a very nice and comfortable atmosphere provided with volunteer professional flight instructors and dedicated individuals as well as the club has given a great attention to the youth that have a huge passion for flying, along with setting up an annual trips to Wadi Rum and Aqaba and creating a continuous events. In the recent years the club has attracted many visitors from different countries.
We offer ultralight flying with an affordable prices:-
Sport light: ( Skyarrow) 175 for guests/ 140 for members per hour.
