Biography
[edit]H4RR7H is based in New Zealand as an approachable and serviceable internet identity with the Tomb Raider franchise and its soundtracks at his core interest. He currently administrates the Music of Tomb Raider fan-site, officiated by Crystal Dynamics in 2011. [1]
H4RR7H has indirect affiliation with Kiwi composer Graeme Revell[2], composer of the score to the Lara Croft: Tomb Raider film adaption, and is in written contact with Tomb Raider legacy composers Nathan McCree, Peter Connelly & Jason Graves.
H4RR7H is profiled on Xbox Live, Steam and Twitter, is an active member of Tomb Raider Forums and started a piano side project on YouTube.
Notable contributions to the Tomb Raider community
[edit]- Re-consolidation and digital remastering of the entire unlicensed music to the first and second continuity of the Tomb Raider franchise in 2011, due to a lack of commercial publications, including the previously unobtainable music from Beneath the Ashes & Lara's Shadow [3]. The Music of Tomb Raider YouTube channel has garnered over 1.5 million views.
- Provision of the Tomb Raider: Underworld - Beneath the Ashes & Lara's Shadow DLC outfits to Dusan of TRF for incorporation into the wildly popular XNALara. The collaboration was successful. [4]
- Featured on the 2nd Official Podcast for Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light, with a question answered by Crystal Dynamics community manager Keir Edmonds [5]
- Author of XNALara: Composition of an Authentic Pose Render in Maya 2009 [6] - the third most successful thread related to XNALara on Tomb Raider Forums with close to 300,000 views
- Featured on the 2nd Crystal Habit Podcast for Tomb Raider, with a question asked by community manager Meagan Marie et al from Crystal Dynamics [7]
- Featured on the 18th Crystal Habit Podcast for Tomb Raider as an ambassador for the community to interview Jason Graves via Marie [8]
