Her career includes positions at a Chicago public relations agency, radio station, newspaper and event planning company, and she has both been a part of and led projects that were winners in industry competitions with the Publicity Club of Chicagoland (Golden Trumpet) and the ASAE (Gold Circle).

Gwen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Communications from Columbia College Chicago, in Chicago, Illinois, a Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation, and maintains active membership in the Association Forum of Chicagoland and the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).

An avid scuba diver, Biasi resides in the Chicago area with her children.
