Gavin Peacock is a principal scientist at Adobe Inc.

Developed software for Adobe Lightroom and Adobe XD. Was responsible for the creation of Adobe Scout and Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries. Contributed to Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, After Effects, Dimension, Dreamweaver, Animate, Bridge and others. Core developer on Adobe Flash runtime and contributor to Tamarin/ ECMAScript 4.

Designed MobiTalk protocol for mobile TV services at MobiTV as architect.

Architect for PalmOS at Palm Inc. Wrote Clipper browser for PalmVII, including first implementation of a mobile Location Based Service. Created Beaming via infrared for Palm and designed the Exchange Manager system. Created Network Hotsync, Network setup and helped develop TCP/IP stack integration.

Developed Newton Internet Enabler, and wrote network setup UI. Wrote Newton's universal Inbox/Outbox and Newton's Routing API. Developed Newton's infrared, email, printing and faxing interfaces. Developed the Newton Messaging Card and wrote all software for it.

Created PenRight Pro API / OS for GRiD systems. Created CodeStart development tool and wrote PadPaint, first tablet graphics program. Developed GRidPad BIOS for the first tablet computer.

Created OS29 to drive Fujitsu System 29 Hand held computers. Designed and wrote a distributed mobile communications system for Frito Lay.
