Known under the mononym Guvnor Ace or at times as Chocolate Bouy, he is one of the most popular Ugandan musicians ,Uganda Music star with his iconic outstanding soft voice and vocals
He started his music career in 2013 with the late AK 47 Mayanja, under his record label Bullet Proof and after he joined Leon Island Island Music Empire
Early Life
[edit]Ssemawere Ronald aka Guvnor Ace was bone at Mulago Hospital to the late Kiganda Ronald and Namusisi Prossy in 1992. His father died in 1995 when he was still young and was buried in Bunamwaya Lubowa , Wakiso ,after his father’s death he was taken to Masaka , Kasaali to live with his grand mother . While in Kasaali with his grand mother he attended Kasaali Primary School from Nursery to Primary Four then he left Masaka to Mukono to live with his aunt and he attended Kasenene UMEA in Primary 5 and the he was taken to Wakiso , Bunamwaya Lubowa where he attended St Peters Nursery &Primary school in P.6 and he complied P7 at Jubilee Acedemy Seguku.Then he joined Lutembe international school for Senior One , from there he joined Seguku Hill College for form Two and the Kawombe Memorial SS were he attended Form.3 up to Form 6 in 2010 In 2011 he joined St Lawrence University, when he completed he joined the Music industry In 2015 he left for Sweden where he spent 4 years while doing his music and he finally came back to Uganda in 2019 to concentrate on his music career

Guvnor’s career began about 2012 as side Kick Dj for Ak 47 Mayanja.Later he started sing in Bullet proof a group that was owned by Ak Fourth Seven after he joined Leon Island after Ak’s death in 2014 ,Throughout years he has recorded songs likeGutujja” which was release in 2013 ,”Lisa” , “Nze Akwagala” , “Kilungo” , “Shake Your Booty” , “Take Me” , “Break it Down” , “Omusaayi” , “Sikyegomba “ , “Bakuwe”

[edit]Juliet Zawedde President for Convenient HomeCare Services ,Waltham ,Massachusetts ,United states in 2020 appointed Guvnor Ace as an ambassador for her foundation called Juliet Zawedde Foundation up to date which provides food and daily needs to the poor and disadvantaged [1]
He has performed overseas including in the Sweden
