Climate change in Trinidad and Tobago has led to ongoing increases in land and ocean temperatures, changes in rainfall and sea level rise.

Regional context

By the end of the 21st century, the Caribbean region is predicted to warm by 1 to 3.5 °C. Precipitation is expected to decrease in some areas (by potentially as much as 50%) while increase in others (up to 14%), while sea level is expected to increase by 1.4 m.^[1]
