Ground Zero

History

Ground Zero is a rock band which was formed in 2011. The band consists of two girls (Names not provided,(yet)) The band is made up of a singer and drummer as well as a pianist and guitarist. The girls have only just started out in the music business and have not yet been signed to a Record Label instead they say that they are working on their 1st and 2nd albums. The girls have already revealed their very first single Ground Zero, obviously a song named after the band. Rumours are going around that the 1st album will be called Ground Zero and the 2nd True Life but there still hasn't been any information of when they are being released. The girls themselves write all the music for their albums but have revealed that they may be doing some covers per album. The band all started one day when they were sitting bored and decided to write lyrics, later they put music to the song and this song is known as their hit single Ground Zero. It was found out recently that the girls weren't just really close they were also cousins. Both the girls said that neither of them had ever seen a drum kit in person before they had decided to form a band and that they both had never played the guitar or piano in their lives. The girls hit single was later remixed with drums and guitar instead of the piano and guitar. Currently the girls are planning to get out into the music world by releasing their first album very soon. They're also thing about whether or not they should audition next year for Britain's Got Talent performing one of their songs. Both the girls agreed that this was an option they would be willing to do especially if they got through, but the guitarist jokes 'That would never work I would mess up and we would have ruined our chances.' As well as composing their songs the girls have also said that they will need to learn the guitar and drums before anything serious happens to the band Ground Zero.
