Melbourne tram route 12 is a tram route on the Melbourne network which operates between Victoria Gardens, Richmond and St. Kilda. It and route 11 are the two routes that took the place of route 112 after Yarra Trams simplified the network in July 2014.

The route starts at Victoria Gardens and operates via Victoria Street, Victoria Parade, Gisborne Street, Collins Street, Clarendon Street to its terminus at St. Kilda.
