Altin Selmancena is a proffesional basketball player born in Rahovec Kosovo, on (16 December 2001). Growing up, Selmancena developed a passion for basketball at a young age, showing exceptional skills on the court.

Youth Career Selmancena achieved significant success in his youth career, including winning the U18 Championship with his team KB Rahoveci U18 . This early success showcased his potential and laid the foundation for his future professional career.
