Hi!! I'm 42 years old, with two sons: John (29) and Michael (25). I live near Bristol, in the south west of England.
I'm retired, after working at British Aerospace. My work includes software engineering (website engineer), then studies of the effect of user interface (as an assistant scientist), and finally Flash, Director and Java programming (as a senior tester).
My hobby is photography. I started contributing pictures to Wikipedia, taken on an digital compact and, since January 2009 on a digital SLR.
As of June 2009, I have contributed 12,000 article edits to Wikipedia in 3 languages.
