User:Goyston/WikiQuiz/Round One
Rules
[edit]WikiQuiz is a simple game. I will post five questions, and the first person to answer correctly will get a dandy little userbox for displaying wherever they want. And also everlasting glory. Anyway, see the questions below? Go to the answer page for round one and edit it to fill in your answers. (Further instructions are there.) Remember, I can see the history and thus who ACTUALLY got the correct answer FIRST, so don't even bother deleting previous answers. You can only use the English Wikipedia. At the Answers page, you will be asked to explain how you found your answer, so NO GOOGLING. You can, however, use Google if your query begins with "site:en.wikipedia.org" and then whatever you want. Enjoy!
What You Win
[edit]You get everlasting glory PLUS this attractive userbox:
This user won WikiQuiz. |
I trust nobody will use it who hasn't won. Plus the "WikiQuiz" links to the hall of winners.

Hints
[edit]- Remember after you post your answers, anyone else can read them and copy them except for ONE correction and then they would win. So consider that in your strategy.
- You may want to consider using categories to help you. In fact, for several you may need to use categories.
- Remember, try Googling "site:en.wikipedia.org" and whatever you want. Did you know that putting an asterisk (*) counts as a wildcard?
- The game ends when the first person gets all answers correct, and proves they only used Wikipedia to find the information
