Hi,

my name is Philipp and I'm a Compensation & Benefits Manager at beeline GmbH in Cologne, Germany. Before I worked as a Consultant with Just Software AG, Towers Watson and as a HR Manager at ista Deutschland GmbH in Essen, where I specialised in position evaluation with the Global Grading System, compensation management and the set-up of several compensation and job evaluation related HR processes. Further I did some Talent Management projects e.g. Career Pathing and from the Knowledge Management realm as well as Enterprise 2.0 project.

On a pro bono basis I'm secretary of my school's Görres-Gymnasium Düsseldorf alumni organisation and work as a paramedic on a voluntary basis.
