Boshi boi (rapper)

David Andrés Castro (born April 19th 2002) or better known by his artist name “boshi boi” is a local Minnesota rapper who was born in Santiago, Chile and was raised most of his life in Minnesota. He started to make music in 2014 but mostly keep it to himself, it wasn’t until 2019 when he released “Goth Girls On My Xbox” or “GGOMXBOX” that he gained traction due to the songs over the top lyrics and joking manner through out said song.

In previous private interviews he has mentioned his love and passion for music of all genres stating “this was all I had, I picked up tapes to CD’s to MP3 players to iPods as a kid. There isn’t a minute that goes by where I’m not listening to music.”

He has mentioned that his biggest inspirations are $uicideboy$, lil peep, Eminem, Nirvana, misfits and many more artists.
