As you might gather from my user name, I have a deep interest in mathematics. However, I have made few contributions in that area because I have a tendency to prove concepts rather than look for someone else's proof. We must not run afoul of the no-original-research rule.

I also have an interest in history. My body of knowledge is not so deep, so I do not anticipate writing any history articles. So far, I have been limiting myself to minor additions and corrections, and that is not likely to change.
