Sumach Street is a north-south street in the core of the original City of Toronto, near the Don River. In 2012 construction began at the intersection of Sumach and King, for the Toronto Transit Commission's Cherry Street streetcar extension.
Sumach runs from Eastern Avenue, to Wellesly...
From 1864 the Winchester streetcar line's eastern terminus was at Winchester and Sumach.[1]
