Gatorman is the nickname given to a furry residing in Montgomery Village, Maryland. He enjoys the furry fandom, as well as television, taking long walks, watching sports, riding the Washington Metro, and creating pages on Wikipedia.

The character's full name is Joseph Montgomery Gatorman. Born in Rockville, Maryland, Gatorman is a longtime resident of the state. The nickname "Gatorman" was taken in the year 2001 to reflect the Florida Gators, his favorite college team.
