Conor Patrick Rafferty (born 1972) is an Irish online activist and political candidate in the Mid Ulster (UK Parliament constituency) constituency for the upcoming 2019 United Kingdom general election.[1]
Early life and education
[edit]Born in 1972, he was originally from Donaghmore in County Tyrone. His parents were secondary school teachers in Dungannon, as well as active members of the Northern Ireland Civil Rights Association. His schooling was at St Patrick's Academy, Dungannon.
He studied Physics with Electronics with German in Manchester.
Professional career
[edit]In 2002 founded a recruitment company, Altmore IT Recruitment which operated until 2016 in Belfast and which assisted Invest Northern Ireland in attracting Foreign direct investment clients to Northern Ireland.
Since closing the company he has worked as a teacher in South America and London.
