My life story in one overwrought sentence: I was born in the City of Steel, long after Steel had moved on.

Since that time, I attended Keystone Oaks High School, became fiercely proud of being from Pittsburgh, attended Princeton University, became more fiercely proud of being from Pittsburgh, graduated with no plan for my future, moved to Seattle, Washington (Redmond, specifically). Then I tutored rich kids for a while before moving to San Diego, California to begin life as a graduate student in linguistics at UC San Diego.
