Absolutely 100 years is current in terms of the advancements in physics, and, Planck (1905) black body radiation effect is the foundation of modern physics since quantum mechanics is based on Planck's black body paper. Schrodinger's (1926) wave equation contains Planck's constant and Schrodinger's energy equation hv also contains Planck's constant. Feynman's (1950) quantum electrodynamics also uses Planck's constant to depict the energy of an QED photon hv. Now, back to the theory that photons exist within the atom before being emitted, proposed by person X, is a very interesting theory and just a valid as quantum mechanics since quantum mechanics attempts to depict a wave propagation mechanism of light using probability waves where a propagating wave packet is formed by the superpositioning of probability waves (fig 22) but doubling the lengths of the probability waves results in the formation of a second wave packet. Increasing the lengths of the original probability waves by 100 times produces 100 successive wave packets that all the photons are distributed which does not depict the photons localized within a single wave packet. Furthermore, the quantum mechanics wave packet propagation mechanism only the last wave packet is used to depicts the propagation of the wave packet. Example, when a single wave packet propagates the distance equal to 1,000 wave packets, a series of 1,000 wave packets are formed yet only a single wave packet is used to depict the propagation of the wave packet, and, all of the photons are distributed along the entire length of the series of wave packets equal to the distance of 1,000 wave packets yet only a single wave packet is used to depict the propagation of photons quantized within a single wave packet. Also, a photon position probability can only represent a positive value or zero and cannot depict a negative value that is required in representing destructive wave interference used to construct a wave packet since the minimum value of a photon position probability is zero. The complex conjugate is used to represent destructive wave interference of the photon probability waves but the result of the complex conjugate is the cancellation of positive vectors which is mathematically invalid. Now, the initial formation of a quantum mechanics photon is based on Planck's black body mechanism that depicts electrons that oscillate an ether, composed of matter, yet the ether does not physically exist (vacuum) which bring us back to the internal photon theory that was introduced by person X. In addition, Mans universal essence is based on the Milky Way galaxy but the Milky Way does not physically exits. The photographs of the Milky Way galaxy are fictional since one would have to be 200 ly from the earth to take a photograph of the Milky Way galaxy. Photographs of a stellar gas cloud is used to represent an arm of the Milky Way seen from the surface of the earth. Do astronomers know what a stellar map depicts a constant density of stars? Therefore, person X theory is just a valid as any theory in physics and astronomy based on quantum mechanics and the Milky Way theories. Person X does not have to have any proof since quantum mechanic and the Milky Way theories proofs are delinquent.

First, general relativity is related to gravity and special relativity is describing the ether. Both use Lorentz's (1899) time-space transformation that is based on the earth's daily and yearly motions which is the largest measurable velocity that can be measured. The velocity of the earth's yearly motion around the Sun is 30 km/s or Mach 67 which is more than six times faster than the fastest rocket or jet yet 30 km/s is still four orders of magnitude less than the velocity of light that is required to determining the time variant of the "twin paradox". Now, one would say that Roemer measured the velocity of light in 1673 but Roemer's measurement is based on Io forming four eclipse in the same year which is not physically possible, and, all the other numerous attempts at measuring the velocity of light are also just as faulty. To measure the velocity of light requires the time a object propagates a specific distance which cannot be done using today's technology which renders the twin paradox moot since relativity requires the velocity of light. Example, it is stated that an atomic clock that has an uncertainty of .000000000001 seconds is justification that the velocity of light can be measured but the uncertainty of an atomic clock depicts the uncertainty of the time which is different than the uncertainty of a time interval that is required in the measurement of the velocity of light. It is not physically possible to measure the velocity of light which the twin paradox is based on.

This is also a case were the limitation of physical measurement and detection leads to science fiction being used to depict fact and reality but it is hard to tell with just the few words that you present as to the extent of your physics knowledge. infinitesimal because of my vast range of vocabulary and make myself feel supreme (Supreme court supreme not Dina Ross Supreme) yet one plus is that you are not attempting to hide your ideas, and, with all the really bad theories in physics who is to really say that what you are saying is not in reality true or a valid theory since I am not God, even though my dog, cat and parrot think so. The current theory (Planck) is that the electron wave oscillates an ether, composed of matter, which results in the formation of an electromagnetic photon; therefore, your statement that a light particle (photon) is stored within a Uranium atom is incorrect but you are no worse then the most accomplished physicists that also thinks Planck's theory is a solid fact written in granite yet in a similar line of through it is not just a small part of the theory of physics that has a problem but all of it since the ether does not exist (vacuum) and the expanding electromagnetic field cannot form the particle structure of an electromagnetic photon. So your theory that photons exist within an atom is better than the wave theory of light. The method that they use is at a critical point in their theory some absurdity of logic or mathematics is applied then they routinely hide behind the achievements classical physics. Planck's theory is correct since quantum mechanics proves it to be but quantum mechanics is based on a complex conjugate where two positive vectors of probability waves are annihilated since probability waves cannot form a negative value. Also, any invention or discovery in science is attributed to the theoretical physics that is based on Maxwell's theory (gauge). The innovation of computers is attributed to particle physics which is based on the gauge that uses Maxwell's equations yet Maxwell's equations are derived using Faraday and Ampere laws to depict the electromagnetic field structure of light yet Faraday and Ampere laws are not luminous. Therefore, when you say that that a photon is stored in an atom, I cannot really blame you or say that you are wrong; however, you are incorrect in say the vibration of Uranium atom has been seen or detected. Everything detected regarding an atom is indirect; therefore, one cannot apply the word "seen" which implies a direction observation to the vibration of an Uranium atom but your theory that photon are stored within an atom is just a valid as any theory in theoretical physics. Note: that you cannot compare theoretical physics with classical physics which are billions of light years apart and is another subject.
