My Questions about the above mockups:
[edit]- order of the sections? Move Gene Atlas stuff up so it doesn't get confused w/ mouse stuff?
- add some additional links?
- to MGI GO annotations for the gene?
- to MGI disease annotations of alleles w/ disease annotations for the gene? or all alleles for the gene?
- add a "find mouse mutants for this gene"? link to IKMC and/or IMSR results for the gene?
- to GXD summary for the gene?
- Update the Wikipedia Mouse Genome Informatics page and link to that?
- Create a Wikipedia MP page and link to that?
- Bigger question: How might this scale with more model organism databases adding data? The layout in the above mockups doesn't scale so well.
