Wikipedia addict and product development maven.

My primary interest is making sure Wikipedia has accurate climate data, as climatology is a passion of mine. Disclosure: I maintain Weatherbase, which has been providing normalized climate data for tens of thousands of cities worldwide, for the last 13 years. Weatherbase pulls in data from more than three dozen meteorological sources worldwide, removes errors, and presents the information for normal people vs. meteorologists.

What drew me to Wikipedia was editors had been pulling in our data, and sometimes introduced errors. Rather than try to remove data that is under our copyright, we (myself and my partners) are happy to share the information as we all rely on Wikipedia. I want to make sure Wikipedia has the most current, and accurate, climate information.
